Unfortunately, due to extreme temperatures and conditions tomorrow, we will not be having school (12/22/22). Students should take home all of their materials today that will be necessary to complete an e-learning day tomorrow. Milbank Elementary Families: just a reminder that grades 3-5 have their Winter Program in the high school gym tonight @ 7:00 PM. Students should arrive by 6:45 and enter through the high school.
Parents, you have been seeing messages about no e-learning the last two days. We will attempt to roll out a version of e-learning for future snow days. However, due to having this many consecutive snow days in a row to start our snow days is very irregular. Because many students did not likely bring their devices home expecting to be back to school, we have elected to not roll them out as everyone would not have the same opportunity. Elementary teachers have prepared choice boards and all kinds of options and ms and hs will have online availabilities. We will be rolling this out for future snow days in an attempt to minimize the amount of days we make up at the end of the year. I apologize for any confusion that has been caused to start this snowy season. We will work to make sure that all students are prepared for future snow days. Hopefully mother nature takes it easy on us for a while!
